Terms

1. By confirming your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions All price showed in our website are excluded VAT – all prices shown on your website in fact include VAT.

2. Unielectronics Ltd will try our best to offer the best price to our customers' 'However if a mistake does occur we will decline your offer to purchase the goods by cancelling your order and notify you of the correct price.

3. We are selling Original, Remanufacture product, and Compatible product. Please check the status when you look at our website, and make sure what you will get before purchasing. All brand names and trademarks are the properties of their respective holders and are referred here for descriptive purpose only. We are not associated with any printer manufacturer.

4. If payment is made by any of the following: Visa, Switch, Maestro, Mastercard, and Delta the transaction will be handled by paypal.

5. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks.
 
6. Unielectronics Ltd offers you a full refund if you are not satisfied with our goods providing that you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please notify us as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or damaged. If the goods are faulty, you must contact within 90 days to request replacement or full refund. We will offer you free return labels for returning the faulty goods. Please request the label when you get confirmation from us. After we receive the faulty goods form you, we will issue full reufund or replacements upon your requests. Unielectronics reserves the right to retain the cost of delivery where the goods are returned for no reasons. Contact email:csv@unielectronics.co.uk using subject replacement or refund.

7. Guarantee of Quality Under normal use, the ink cartridges that we supply should not cause any damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to your printer. If the printer failure caused by the cartridges we supplied, we will repay the full costs to replace or repair the printer for you.

This guarantee is only valid when you will supply the important evidence that the printer failure was caused by the cartridge we supplied, including a written statement on the service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the service company representative. And also a copy of invoice you paid to repair the printer. 

Delivery policy

Shipping & Cost Shipping is calculated by weight at cost. Estimated shipping costs can be viewed in the customers’ basket during the order process with the exact shipping cost calculated at the checkout page.

Please note Orders placed with value under £30 the postage will be calculated according to its weight and service applied. The postage will be free for all orders with the value equal or over £30

Dispatch Time

All orders will be dispatched the same day by Royal mail 2nd Class service for UK customer and also Royal mail Airmail service for other countries if order placed before 2:00PM, Monday to Friday. There will be no delivery service at Saturday, Sunday and Bank holiday and other national holidays.

Returning goods 

Unielectronics Ltd offers you a full refund if you are not satisfied with our goods providing that you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Failure of Delivery 

If you have not received your order 3 working days after our 'confirmation of dispatch' email was sent to you, your goods may have been lost by Royal Mail. In which case the following procedure should be initiated;


A.You should send us an email using the heading 'Lost parcel' and including your name, company name, order I.D. order date and product ordered. Once we have received an email from you we will claim will make a claim against Royal Mail for the lost parcel.


B.You will then need to complete and sign the Royal Mail Lost Parcel Declaration (may be helpful to indicate where your customers can find this document) – Unless you can prove that the goods were delivered to your customer you cannot impose another charge for re-supplying them.


C.When we have established that the goods have not been delivered and/or have been lost in transit we will send a replacement to you. This process will take approximately 14 days. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this delay. In 95% of cases parcels sent by Royal Mail will arrive on time. However on occasions parcels do become lost so thank you for your co-operation.


Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you to enable us to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. This may include passing your details to delivery companies so that they can deliver your parcel.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
• your name
• address
• phone number
• e-mail address
We do not retain any Credit or debit card details.
These are inputted direct into a secure 128bit encrypted page provided by the bank. 
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.
You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal policy and the law.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.
